Great curry ramen in a super local business. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the shop but if you turn left after the shop there is a large car park at the rear.
We ordered the famous curry ramen, it is a really nice combo and tastes really good. The curry is sweet with a little bit of spiciness to it. The noodle is thick and chewy covered with the thick sauce. It is tasty yet nothing too exceptional. Will recommend anyone wants to try curry ramen!
The curry and miso are both very delicious. This time I ordered a large serving of miso. The miso is red miso-based and has a rich flavor, and the seaweed is a nice accent. The noodles are curly, slightly thick, and have a chewy texture. I ate the addictive soup to the last drop.
Spicy curry ramen!
I came on July 16, 2023, a Sunday holiday!
We arrived at 1:30pm, so no matter how long we wait, we'll eat!
I decided to come here, but since I'll be leaving at lunchtime, I wonder if I can eat without having to wait that long?
That's what I thought, and I was right!
As we waited in line outside, a staff member came to check on the number of people and take orders.
I decided to choose curry ramen, so there was no problem, but the menu is only on the wall inside, so if you can't decide, can you choose it inside the restaurant?
It's okay to respond. It was an exchange.
I think it was a pleasant response that can only be expected from a busy shop.
I ordered char siu curry ramen with hard noodles for 1,300 yen.
It's covered with chashu and there's no steam so you can't tell how hot it is, but when you lift the noodles,
Noodles covered in piping hot curry soup have arrived!
The medium-thick, curly, smooth noodles are true to the name of the restaurant!
The soup is spicy and dry, but also has a sweetness to it, so if you can eat more than medium spiciness, you'll definitely be addicted to this soup!
If you can't stand sweet ramen, wouldn't it be better not to have curry ramen? I thought.
Anyway, the noodles and curry soup went perfectly together.
Personally, I think this is one of the best curry ramen in the Muroran area. The thick noodles are entwined with the rich and sticky soup, and the soup is a little spicy, but it's still good. It's even more delicious when eaten with rice.
Speaking of Tsuru Tsuruya, it's curry ramen. If you add chashu, you won't be able to see the noodles. The rice at the end is also a must-try.
It was a restaurant that specializes in curry ramen. It is located in Noboribetsu City, near Muroran. It seems to be loved by the locals, so much so that some people had to wait to get a seat.
The noodles are thick. It goes down easily, has a nice chewy texture, and has a slightly sweet taste. Even though I like medium-thin noodles, I found these thick noodles delicious.
The soup starts with a delicate dashi stock and a rich soy sauce that whets the appetite. It smells good and I like it.
The curry ramen that I recommend is very particular about the spices, which you can imagine from the aroma that rises. However, since it was a sweet soup, it was a flavor that appealed to a wide range of generations.
Timeless flavors, flavors that are loved by generations... Deciding on a restaurant's flavor despite the challenges is definitely not an easy task.
I hope that they will continue to preserve the flavor that is loved by the locals.
There is only 3-4 parking spaces in front of the store, but there are 24-5 seats including the counter.

The first thing on the menu was miso ramen, so I decided to try it with confidence. The miso used was a type that is hard to find in Hokkaido, and it was my first time trying miso ramen. This was rare and delicious ramen.
Curry ramen🍜
There are some famous long-established stores, but I really like this one too 😋
I wanted to try char siu topping, but
I ate too much this time so I gave up😖
